Quality Approach
TrueCare Training Ltd has the quality of the experience of all our customers at the centre of its operating procedures. We are an accredited Training Provider with the First Aid Industry Body (FAIB), which means that the delivery and certification of our First Aid courses meet national standards. Achieving this accreditation involved detailed scrutiny of our operational processes, in particular, quality control, and the strict protocols that ensure the trainers that we deploy are fully qualified, have recent delivery experience, and are regularly peer reviewed. Whilst FAIB accreditation is focussed on First Aid training, our Quality Manager ensures that these rigorous standards are applied across the full range of our training course portfolio.

PHYSICAL ABILITY AND CLOTHING
Some of our courses have a physical element to them, requiring delegates to kneel on the floor, for example, to assess the condition of a simulated casualty, and perform life saving techniques
It is vital that we are aware of any physical issues or learning difficulties, so that our account managers and trainers can ensure that the training course will be as effective as possible for all delegates
Bearing in mind the physical elements of some courses (mentioned above), it is important that delegates wear suitable clothing to allow for bending and kneeling, for example, without restricting movement or compromising their dignity
